1. Fees and Pricing

Pricing for services will be communicated through:

• Proposals

All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

2. Payment Schedule

Payments may be required:

• Before project commencement
• At agreed milestones
• Upon project completion

Payment schedules will be specified in the project agreement.

• Online Payment Gateways

4. Deposits

Certain projects require a non-refundable advance deposit before work begins.

• Suspension of services
• Additional administrative charges
• Legal recovery actions

6. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of design services:

• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a dispute may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Termination of agreements
• Legal recovery of unpaid amounts

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges associated with services.

9. Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
